Elevation Boot camp

 

Elevation boot camp consists of HIIT full body workout, combining the use of heavy weights and high-intensity cardio. No session is ever the same with circuits, equipment and style of workouts changing EVERY week but the aim remains the same to challenge you mentally and physically!

 

Elevation boot camp also prides itself in being a community; A community of supporters who are all on a fitness journey and allows people to connect through fitness, motivating each other when it gets tough.

Group training takes place every Saturday.
